PartSmart.uk is not a registered business or commercial enterprise. It is an independent, privately managed site created as a personal side project. Items listed for sale are not sourced in bulk or intended for mass retail. They reflect personal use, surplus belongings, or individually restored second-hand goods.

As such:

• You are purchasing from a private hobbyist, not a professional seller.

2. Item Descriptions & Condition

Every effort is made to provide accurate, honest, and detailed descriptions of each item, including clear photographs and any known imperfections. Most items are pre-owned or refurbished and may exhibit signs of use, such as scratches, scuffs, or age-related wear. These are disclosed to the best of my ability.

Items marked as “Unbranded” may contain a mix of components or come from unknown manufacturers. If something is unclear, you’re encouraged to contact me for clarification prior to purchase.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be completed in full before items are dispatched.
• PayPal is currently accepted, and additional secure payment options may be added over time.
• Orders not paid for within a reasonable time may be cancelled.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

• I personally package and dispatch every order within 2 to 4 working days.
• Shipping is carried out via Royal Mail or reputable UK couriers.
• Delays outside of my control (e.g. postal strikes or courier errors) may occur, but I will do my best to assist in resolving issues.
